Who we are

"We Roar with Readiness, Reliability, and Care."

Aslan Liderleri Educators Co LLC was founded by an early childhood educator turned director who recognized a major gap in the childcare world:
What happens when too many teachers call out?
In early childhood education, ratios are everything—but the reality is, life happens. And when it does, it puts pressure on everyone. Classrooms get shuffled, teachers miss breaks, directors scramble, and stress replaces the joy that brought us to this work in the first place.
What we’re seeing now is a shift in how today's educators approach work. Millennials and Gen Z professionals are changing the culture—and not just in childcare. Studies show they value time, flexibility, and well-being more than extra pay. Many are willing to take a pay cut in exchange for a better quality of life. They are more likely to call out if they’re overwhelmed or burned out, and they’re open about prioritizing mental health and boundaries.
And I understand that mindset—because I’ve been there too. I once saw a video where someone said,
“If it’s not approved, I’m still not coming.”
And it hit me—because I’ve felt that way myself. I used to think, “This job doesn’t pay enough anyway—I’ll find something else.” At the time, I didn’t realize how much impact that mindset could have on my team. But after years of experience as a teacher, a director, and sometimes just quietly observing, I’ve learned this:
Childcare only works when we work as a team.
I’ve had the opportunity to work with a team that stuck together—not because they were forced to, but because we respected one another. I never considered myself “the boss.” I’ve always seen myself as a co-worker first. That culture of mutual respect created an environment where people showed up for each other—where the work felt lighter, and even joyful.
One of the most memorable places I worked didn’t feel like a job. It felt like being with a supportive, stress-free family. My co-teacher and I had mutual respect, and it made the day smoother, the children happier, and the experience more fulfilling. That kind of environment made a lasting impression—and it’s exactly what I want to recreate across classrooms everywhere.
That’s why I created Aslan Liderleri Educators.
We provide certified, background-checked substitute educators to support preschools and childcare centers when they need it most. But we’re not just filling spaces—we’re stepping in with strength, flexibility, and heart. We're the steady support when life happens, the relief for overworked teams, and the helping hands that allow classrooms to keep thriving.
With the right support and a culture of respect, early childhood education can be fulfilling, sustainable, and full of joy again.
Let’s build that—together, one classroom at a time.
